In an effort to focus more clearly on student learning, it is necessary to have a grading policy that is fair, consistent, and meaningful. The following guidelines are to be implemented.

1.1.2. In order to teach for learning, when a teacher determines based on homework and quizzes that students need reteaching,
the teacher will reteach and reassess the class. Chapter Test/Unit Test will use the standard grading policy and re-takes
will not be adminstered. We encourage students who fall below their potential or who are not happy with their grade, to
attend tutoring and see their teacher for assistance before/after school.
1.2 Assignments
1.2.1. Assignments for skill practice will be monitored and students will be provided feedback to support their
